Google for Startups has partnered with The Michal Sela Forum to help eliminate domestic violence in Israel and beyond.
Founders Academy: Domestic Violence is designed to help early-stage startups working on domestic violence prevention technologies prepare to go to market, and take their leadership and people management skills to the next level. Each cohort is given access to expert mentorship, wellbeing support, and strategy workshops at the Google for Startups Tel Aviv Campus.

Heartbeat connects via Bluetooth to the sensor that measures heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, and volume. The application uses these vital signs to send an alert to three predefined contacts when the user is in danger.

Hidey increases awareness of toxic relationships through questionnaires and provides marketing incentives for filling out the questionnaires. The platform also allows users to share their location with friends and family when they feel unsafe.

The safe is a confidential and secure digital diary that provides women who have experienced abuse an opportunity to document their life experience. They can also read their diaries to confirm that they are potentially experiencing abuse again.

Solomio is a safety application that allows women in captivity of violence to plan their exit strategy, in a hidden and secure way.

Timeout allows people in treatment to deal with their violent behavior. Unlike other solutions that focus on the user, the innovation of this tool is focused on therapists who can adopt the treatment method in a modular way, according to the nature of the patient and their rate of progress.

Viosense builds an anonymous database of message patterns in order to provide the user with insights into the conversations she conducts.
