About the program
About the program
AI Academy APAC helps startups leverage Google’s latest AI technologies with the goal of accelerating their business growth by providing startups with a deeper understanding of AI, support for new service or feature development, and performance improvement based on data analysis. Startups will also be trained to develop effective and responsible AI, with a focus on cybersecurity to help build a secure AI framework.
Startups will benefit from dedicated mentorship on the latest Google AI tools, gaining invaluable insights and access to experts across Google.
Through this program, startups will gain valuable connections within the diverse APAC cohort and be introduced to Google for Startups' global network of startups, partners, and investors.
While the majority of the program will take place virtually, program participants will be invited to join an in-person bootcamp in Singapore from October 15 to 17.
*Sessions will be conducted in English.

Entry criteria
Entry criteria
- At least one technical startup leader (CTO/CIO, Engineering Lead) dedicated to attending the program.
- Startup technology based on AI.
- Startups must be based in the Greater China Region, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, or Singapore.
- Seed to Series A stage.
- The dedicated team member participating in the program must be fluent in English.
- Startups with plans of global expansion preferred.
- Startups that are already enrolled in or applying for the Google for Startups Cloud Program will receive priority consideration.
